Sound Familiar?

The symptoms are real, and they are measurable.

Low testosterone rarely announces itself. It shows up as a slow drain across everything.

  • Fatigue that sleep doesn’t fix
  • Low libido or sexual function
  • Brain fog and slipping focus
  • Irritability
  • Losing muscle despite training
  • Belly fat that won’t move
  • Poor recovery from workouts
  • Motivation gone

What Treatment Looks Like

Labs first. Then a protocol. Then we follow up.

No quiz-and-prescribe. The order matters.

  1. 01

    Comprehensive labs, not one number

Total and free testosterone plus the context that matters: SHBG (sex hormone binding globulin), LH and FSH, prolactin, thyroid, metabolic markers, CBC, and PSA. The full picture before anything is prescribed.

  2. 02

    A protocol built for you

Cream or injections, dosing set from your labs, your symptoms, and your life, then explained plainly. Fertility considerations are discussed before you start, not after.

  3. 03

    Follow-up that actually follows up

Repeat labs on schedule: total testosterone, SHBG, CBC, PSA, and prolactin, with doses adjusted to your response and safety markers watched every cycle.

Why HELM

Plenty of places will sell you testosterone.

HELM is a medical practice. Your protocol is written and adjusted by a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 25 years of clinical experience, on a panel kept deliberately small. And if your labs say TRT is not the right answer, you will hear that too.
